This concept project explores the transformation of an unconventional residential floor plan into a luxury content creation studio designed for creators, brands, photographers, and videographers. Rather than developing a single filming space, the objective was to create a flexible studio capable of producing numerous premium visual identities from one compact environment.
The design process focused on maximising architectural opportunities, carefully considering camera angles, lighting, spatial flow, and modular styling to allow creators to produce fashion, lifestyle, podcast, commercial, and social media content without requiring multiple locations.
