How long does a typical project take?
Most website design and print projects launch within 5–10 business days from the date you approve your quote. Custom platforms and larger builds typically take 3–6 weeks. Your exact timeline is always included in your written quote — we won't start the clock until you've seen and agreed to it.
What happens after I submit the quote form?
We review your details and reach out within one business day to schedule a brief discovery call. After the call, you'll receive a written quote — scope, pricing, and timeline — within 48 hours. No commitment required until you approve it.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Most projects are split 50% to begin and 50% on delivery. Your payment terms are always outlined in writing before any work starts, so you know exactly when payments are due and what triggers them.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every project includes one round of revisions before launch at no extra charge. Post-launch changes are available at our standard hourly rate, or we can discuss an ongoing maintenance package if you expect regular updates.
